I am not normally one to get excited about drains, but I've used these guys a couple of times now and I couldn't rate them any higher. Each time the engineers have been keen to do the right job (rather than the expensive job) and to do it well. All in all, very courteous and efficient. We were well advised on both occasions and would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Our toilet was blocked after we got back from late from work. We called First Choice and within 40 minutes of us calling them they were over to sort the problem... The team investigated the drains and decided to jet clean them. The engineers were extremely professional, reliable, and very reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend this company - polite and professional. The engineer managed to locate and fix our leak where a previous company had failed to do so. He was clearly knowledgeable and kept me well informed throughout.

The tenant in one of my properties alerted me to a leak. My usual plumbers let me down again so I called a few others and First Choice was able to attend the quickest and quoted a good price. When I arrived they were already there. Sean introduced himself and his colleague Dan and got to work isolating and fixing the leak. Very happy with the service provided by this company. I spoke to James in the office and was visited by an engineer named Sean. Both were knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Sean was not only able to locate and fix a slow leak, but was able to minimise the cosmetic damage to our tiled in bath and toilet cistern. So pleased to have found a reliable local plumber - they will definitely be my first call if we need anything in the future.
