I was so pleased with this work. The day I called about our leak the company sent 2 men out to assess it. The men arrived exactly on time, both for the initial consultation and on the day they carried out the work (which was only 3 days later). They were very nice to deal with, friendly and clear. I liked that they took before and after pictures so that we can see what the problem was. The leak has been fixed (and very helpfully guaranteed for one year). The paperwork explains the problem and solution in detail. I would recommend this company and use them again.

This is about the fifth or sixth job that First Choice Drain Solutions have done for me. They are always so helpful, reliable and professional. I could not rate them higher. I have had to leave them the keys on occasion, so I find them completely trustworthy. They always call if they are stuck in traffic (London!) and always turn up with a smile on their faces ready to get stuck into the job. An amazing find!

Bradley came to an address I am carrying out renovations on. Arrived on time and promptly started working to sort out the issues with my drains.

His knowledge and experience was shown as he soon had the issues solved and took the time to talk me through the issues with the drainage system and how these could be improved.

Called James at First Choice Dranage Solutions first thing. They were very busy but made a special effort to come out the same day. Arrived on time and left the place spotless. All you could ask. Would definitely recommend them.

Harry turned up on time and inspected the problem area. Ascertained the issue and confirmed my thoughts. Didn’t rush his inspection but didn’t labour the job either (hourly rates quotes always worry me so this was a real plus).

Professional, courteous and cleaned up the mess after himself. Couldn’t ask for more. Would use again if something cropped up.

Requested a callback at 9pm to fix blocked kitchen sink and pipes, James responded really quickly, offered an appointment first thing the following morning, gave me a quote and was professional from the off. Sam turned up early, with some serious kit, fixed the problem in under an hour, and was a pleasure to deal with. They billed me by email and took payment by bank transfer so whole process was painless. Highly recommend, will definitely be using them again.
